While most features are similar across the Icon Buzz and Buzz Ultra, the former comes with better health/fitness tracking. In addition to basic tracking features, it has stress monitoring, as well as a female cycle tracker. Furthermore, it has 100 sports modes built into it. It has a plastic frame with an IP68 rating. It can even take calls, but there is no voice assistant.
